Abstract:
Projektna naloga se ukvarja s stavbo knjižnice na splošno in zasnovo mestne knjižnice Mrkonjić Grad.V prvem, teoretskem delu je opisana zgodovina knjižničarstva v Bosni in Hercegovini ter funkcije in prostori, ki so potrebni za vsako knjižnico. V nadaljevanju je predstavljen opis in analiza opreme v knjižnicah. V drugem delu so teoretična izhodišča prenesena v arhitekturno zasnovo večnamenske stavbe knjižnice.

Title:
The design of multifunctional library building
Abstract:
The project work deals with a multifunctional building of library, generally, and with the design of the library building in Mrkonjić Grad. In the first part of the work, in the theoretical part the history of librarianship in Bosnia and Herzegovina is described, as well as required functions and spaces necessary for each library. As next, the description and analyses of libraries’ interior design is presented. In the second part, the theoretical bases are applied for the architectural design of multifunctional library building.
