Abstract:
Kakovost življenja starejših je bistveno povezana z njihovo socialno vključenostjo, zato želim s programom družabništvo izboljšati socialne stike starejših in dvigniti kvaliteto življenja v tretjem življenjskem obdobju. Novi trendi nakazujejo na potrebo po razvoju socialnih programov, ki podpirajo izboljšanje pogojev za večjo kakovost življenja starejšega prebivalstva.V diplomski nalogi želim predstaviti program družabništvo in delo, ki ga opravljajo družabniki v Domu ob Savinji v Celju.

Social partnership program for older people
Abstract:
The quality of life of elderly people is significantly related to their social integration that is why we would like to improve, with the program companionship, social interaction of the elderly and raise the quality of life in the third age. New trends indicate the need of development of social programs that support the improvement of conditions for a better quality of life of elderly population. In this thesis we would like to present a program of partnership and the work carried out by associates in the Nursing home Dom ob Savinji Celje
