Title:	POSLOVNA PODJETNOST BOLNIŠNIČNIH ZDRAVNIKOV GORENJSKE REGIJE

Abstract:	Nesorazmerje med razpoložljivimi sredstvi in materialnimi zahtevami sodobne medicine je velik problem današnjega časa. Imperativ je racionalna poraba. Za kakovostnejše poslovne rešitve bi tudi zdravniki potrebovali vsaj osnovna poslovno-podjetniška znanja. Raziskali smo, kakšno je stanje glede poslovno podjetniških znanj, hotenj in aktivnosti med bolnišničnimi zdravniki gorenjske regije. Anketo je od 159 zdravnikov izpolnilo 99 (62,2 %). Uporabili smo metode opisne in sklepne statistike t in Z teste, teste deleža, neparametrične teste, metodo glavnih komponent in metodo diskriminantne analize. Ugotovili smo, da je večina bolnišničnih zdravnikov nezadovoljnih s sedanjim materialnim stanjem in pričakovanji za prihodnost, tako zdravstvenega sistema kot celote, kot tudi ustanov, kjer so zaposleni. Zaenkrat so še zadovoljni z osebnim materialnim stanjem, nezadovoljni s perspektivo. Ločijo prednosti in slabosti javnega ter zasebnega zdravstva. Zavedajo se, da nimajo ustreznih organizacijsko poslovnih znanj, denar jim ni najpomembnejši motivacijski dejavnik in praviloma niso poslovno aktivni. Med raziskavo se je izkazalo, da ni objektivnega merila poslovno podjetniških lastnosti, znanj in hotenj, sploh ne za zdravnike. Zato smo na osnovi metodoloških navodil, strokovne literature in lastnih predhodnih raziskav oblikovali svoje merilo vprašalnik, prilagojen zdravnikom. Dosegli smo raven pilotne študije in merilo prizkusili vpraksi. Raziskava je pokazala, da obstajajo nekatere značilne razlike med skupinama poslovno aktivnih in neaktivnih zdravnikov v lastnostih, znanjih in drugih predispozicijah za poslovno aktivacijo. Za dokončno oblikovanje in umeritev merila bodo potrebne nadaljnje raziskave. Stanje glede poslovno-podjetniških aktivnosti in ambicij ni spodbudno. Kljub prevladujočemu nezadovoljstvu z materialnim stanjem in pričakovanji za v bodoče večina zdravnikov ni poslovno aktivnih. Za izboljšanje stanja bo treba ozavestiti zdravnike o pomenu poslovne plati medicine, izboljšati njihovo poslovno informiranost in izobraževanje ter spodbujati njihove poslovne aktivnosti, saj so osnovni nosilci zdravstvenega sistema. Pri ocenjevanju učinkov takih ukrepov in njihovem usmerjanju bi pomagalo objektivno merilo, katerega osnova je rezultat naše magistrske naloge.

Title:	BUSINESS ENTREPRENEURSHIP OF THE HOSPITAL PHYSICIANS OF THE GORENJSKA REGION
Abstract:	Imbalance of available and obtainable resources in medicine is the main problem of the modern era with imperative of rationality. Beside excellent medical knowledge of medical doctors entrepreneurial skills are needed for adequate solutions for the future. Our research presents the state of entrepreneurial skills, aspirations and activities of the hospital doctors of the Gorenjska region. Results are not encouraging. We made the survey among 159 doctors, 99 responded (62,2 %).The results were verified with statistical methods: t and Z tests, non parametric tests, rank test, principal component analysis and discriminant analysis. The majority of the doctors are unsatisfied with the material status and perspective of the slovenian health system, hospitals where they are employed and personal material perspectives. They are satisfied with their present material status. They distinguish between advantages and disadvantages of the public and private health service. They are aware of their lack of the entrepreneurial skills, the profit is not their primary motivator and as a rule, they are not involved in business matters at work. During the research we realized the lack of the objective, doctors specific, tool for measuring the entrepreneurial characteristics. So we started to build our own on the basis of the theoretical guidelines, scientific literature and our own previous research. Results of the pilot study are presented. They demonstrate the difference in the entrepreneurial characteristics between the business active and inactive doctors. Further research is needed for the final forming and validation of the tool. The present state of the entrepreneurial activity and interest among the doctors is not encouraging. Despite their dissatisfaction with the material status and perspectives they remain unengaged in the business matters at work. On the long run the quality entrepreneurial training and encouragement of such activities among doctors would be imperative since they are basic carriers of the health system. For the evaluation and direction of the entrepreneurial stimulation measures the reliable measurement tool will be needed. It's basis could be the result of our present work.
