Abstract:
V magistrskem delu je bilo obravnavano konstruiranje stroja za obdelavo kolutnih žičnatih ščetk. Stroj je zasnovan tako, da obreže surovce ščetk na točno določen premer. V nalogi je opisan potek zasnove stroja po smiselnih sklopih. Pri ključnih komponentah so bili opravljeni predpisani preračuni za preverjanje njihove ustreznosti. Trdnostni in ostali preračuni so pokazali, da komponente ustrezajo vsem zahtevam. Ob koncu naloge je predstavljen še izdelani stroj. Glavna cilja magistrskega dela sta bila izdelava konstrukcije stroja za obdelavo kolutnih ščetk in priprava potrebne tehnične dokumentacije.

Title:
Designing of machine for wheel brush processing
Abstract:
In the master’s thesis, the construction of a machine for the processing of wheel wire brushes was discussed. The machine is designed to crop stocks of brushes on exact diameter. In thesis, the design course of the machine in meaningful clusters was described. With key components, the regulatory calculations were done to check their adequacy. Strength and other calculations showed that components meet every requirement. At the end of the thesis the constructed machine is presented. The main objectives of the master’s thesis were the construction of the machine for the procession wheel brushes and the preparation of necessary technical documentation.
