Abstract:
Projektna naloga obravnava sodobni pristop k prenovi stanovanjske hiše iz osemdesetih let prejšnjega stoletja. Temelji na smernicah in zasnovi trajnostne in energijsko varčne arhitekturne prenove, ki bo z modifikacijo iz dveh v tri stanovanjske enote pripomogla k zmanjšanju razpršenosti gradnje.

Title:
Renovation and extending of apartment building into three units for young families
Abstract:
The project deals with a modern approach to renovation apartment house from the nineteen eighties. It is based on the guidelines and designs of sustainable construction and energy efficient architectural renovation which will, with the modification of two apartment units into three, help to decrease the dispersion of buildings.
