Abstract:
Diplomska naloga opisuje migracijo strežniške infrastrukture iz VMWare okolja v Microsoft System Center (Hyper-V) in/ali Microsoft Azure v podjetju Trinet Informatika, d. o. o., Ljubljana (Trinet). Podjetje ima svojo infrastrukturo in se v zadnjem času sooča z omejitvami trenutne infrastrukture. Največja problema sta zastarelost in omejitve z razpoložljivostjo strežniških virov, predvsem procesorjev in trdih diskov. Proučevano podjetje deluje na področju razvoja informacijskih rešitev, zato mora uporabljati najnovejše razvojne informacijske tehnologije na svojem področju kar pomeni, da mora tudi strežniška infrastruktura temeljiti na najnovejših strežnikih in tehnologijah.

MIGRATION OF SERVER INFRASTRUCTURE INTO CLOUD
Abstract:
The diploma thesis describes the migration of the server infrastructure from the VMWare to Microsoft Hyper-V and Microsoft Azure environment in the Trinet Informatika, d.o.o., Ljubljana company. The company has its own IT infrastructure which recently, faces with limitations. The biggest problems are outdated infrastructure and limited availability of server resources, especially processors and hard drives. The company operates as of IT solutions provider, which means that it must use the latest information technology in their field, incuding the server infrastructure.
