Abstract:
V diplomskem delu predstavljamo organizacijo izobraževanja na javnem zavodu RTV Slovenija. V prvem delu s pomočjo strokovne literature definiramo osnovne pojme s področja izobraževanja. Ukvarjamo se s prednostmi in slabostmi notranjega in zunanjega izobraževanja. Predstavimo nekaj oblik in metod izobraževanja. Prikažemo dejavnost, ter organizacijsko in kadrovsko strukturo javnega zavoda RTV Slovenija. Predvsem nas zanima organizacija izobraževanja na javnem zavodu. V raziskavi se lotevamo določenih elementov izobraževanja na javnem zavodu in predlagamo izboljšave. V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali pripravljenost za izobraževanje s pomočjo pogovorov v kadrovski službi in izobraževalnem središču. Izvedli smo tudi spletno anketo med zaposlenimi, v kateri nas zanima njihov pogled na izobraževanje v zavodu. Z raziskavo smo poskušali odgovoriti na vprašanja v povezavi z organizacijo izobraževanja in raziskati, kaj zaposlene motivira ali ovira pri izobraževanju. Predlagamo tudi rešitve za izboljšanje stanja na področju organizacije izobraževanja v javnem zavodu RTV Slovenija. Nujno je povečanje sredstev za izobraževanje in ozaveščanje zaposlenih o potrebi po stalnem izobraževanju.

ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATION IN PUBLIC SERVICE RTV SLOVENIJA
Abstract:
This thesis presents organization of education at public institution RTV Slovenia. In the first part with the help of the scientific literature, we define the basic concepts in the field of education. We deal with the advantages and disadvantages of internal and external training. We introduce some forms and methods of education. We show organizational and personnel structure of RTV Slovenia. Above all, we are interested in the organization of education at public institution. In this study, we can take certain elements of education at a public institution and suggest improvements. In this thesis, we investigated the readiness for education through talks in the human resources department and training center. We also carried out an online survey among employees in which we are interested in their views on education in the institution. With this study we try to answer questions in connection with the organization and education, and explore what motivates employees or barrier to education We also propose solutions to improve the situation in the field of education organizations in the public institute RTV Slovenia. It is essential to increase resources for education and awareness of employees about the need for continuing education.
