Abstract:
Diplomska naloga obravnava informatizacijo klinične poti na konkretnem primeru flebološke ambulante. Analizirani so obstoječi procesi v tej ambulanti. Razvit je papirni dokument, ki do neke mere omogoča dokumentiranje klinične poti flebološkega pacienta. Podane so značilnosti in gradniki diagramske tehnike BPMN 2. Kratko je predstavljeno orodje ProcessMaker, s katerim so oblikovani trije najpomembnejši delovni tokovi: "Prvi pregled", "Dnevni hospital" in "Kontrolni pregled". Modelirani delovni tokovi predstavljajo osnovo za izboljševanje procesov v zdravstveni ustanovi. V nadaljnjem razvoju prototipa bo treba razrešiti tehnične probleme v zvezi z integracijo elektronskih obrazcev v orodju ProcessMaker in obstoječim informacijskim sistemom.

Title:
Informatisation of clinical pathway in healthcare
Abstract:
The graduation thesis deals with computerisation of clinical pathway on an actual example of phlebological clinic. The existing processes in this clinic are presented. A paper document, which to some extent enables documentation of clinical pathway of the phlebological patient is developed. Characteristics and elements of BPMN 2 diagram technique are presented. The ProcessMaker tool is shortly presented. The tool is used to form the three most important work flows: “First exam”, “Day hospital”, and “Control examination”. Modelled work flows represent a basis for improvement of processes in a medical institution. In further development of the prototype, technical problems in regard to integration of electronic forms in ProcesMaker tool and the existing information system will have to be resolved.
