Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je podan prikaz sodnih kazenskih zadev za obdobje od 1929 do 1935, ki jih je obravnavalo Okrajno sodišče Ptuj kot prvostopenjska sodna instanca ptujskega okraja oziroma sreza. Za obravnavano obdobje je prikazano gospodarsko politično stanje v Evropi in Jugoslaviji ter na Ptujskem. V kazensko sodstvo so bili vključeni sodni in upravno uradni organi; zato smo prikazali tudi vlogo policije in kazenskih zaporov. Prvo obravnavano obdobje kaže še vse znake sodne urejenosti starega avstro-ogrskega sodnega sistema, ki ga je novonastala kraljevina SHS na Slovenskem imela vse do leta 1929, ko je bila sprejeta enotna sodna urejenost v stari Jugoslaviji. Kazenska zakonodaja je bila vedno odraz družbenogospodarskih in političnih razmer v družbi. Izvajanje kazenskih postopkov je bilo v strukturi sodstva večstopenjsko, zato med obravnavanim gradivom prvostopenjskega okrajnega sodišča najdemo le prestopke.

Title:
Criminal Justice in Ptuj since 1929 to 1935
Abstract:
The diploma work presents a demonstration of criminal court cases for the period 1929 to 1935, which were considered by the District Court Ptuj as a first-degree court. For the mentioned period we show the political economic situation in Europe, Yugoslavia and Ptuj. Various judidal and administrative official bodies were included in the criminal justice. Therefore, we have demonstrated the role of the police and crimina prisons. The first considered period shows all the signs of judical arrangement of the old Austo-Hungarian judcal system that had the newly created Kingdom od Serbs on later Slovenian area until 1929, when a unified court system was established in the old Yugoslavia. Criminal law has always been a reflection of the socio-economic and political situation in society. Implementation of the criminal proceedings had more degrees in the judical structure of the first-degree district court.
