Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je obravnavan eden od možnih predlogov sanacije Upravne zgradbe v kulturni coni Pekarna. V prvem delu je predstavljen način grajenja in uporaba različnih materialov iz leta 1897. Ker je obnovljen objekt sestavljen iz starega in novega dela, želimo predstaviti prvotno izvedbo objekta in prikazati njegovo notranje in zunanje stanje pred obnovo. Predstavljen bo tehnološki proces odstranjevanja in nadomestitve prvotno vgrajenih konstrukcijskih elementov s sodobnejšimi materiali. Po posameznih fazah bomo opisali sanacijo osnovnega dela objekta (za preprečevanje pojava kapilarne vlage) in nadzidavo novega dela.

Title:
Proposal for the rehabilitation of Administrative building in the culture zone
Abstract:
This diploma thesis presents one of the possible solutions for rehabilitation of the building upravna zgradba (administrative building) in the Cultural center Pekarna. In the first part the method of building and the use of different materials from the year 1897 are presented. Since the renewed object consists of the old and the new part, we presented the original construction of the building and its internal and external condition before renovation. We also presented technological process of removing structural elements and replacement of the basic structural elements with modern materials. Furthermore, the rehabilitation of the basic part of the building to prevent capillary moisture at different phases and additional construction of the new part are described.
