Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi sta predstavljena razvoj in uvedba programske rešitve v javno knjižnico. Iskali smo rešitev za učinkovit nadzor in evidentiranje dostopa uporabnikov do javnih računalnikov, pri čemer je proces doslej temeljil na ročnem izpolnjevanju internih obrazcev. V nalogi je analiziran celoten delovni proces. Skupaj z naročnikom je izdelan predlog izboljšanega procesa, ki se kaže kot povečana učinkovitost zaposlenih in natančnejši nadzor. Razvita in uvedena programska rešitev omogoča avtomatiziran nadzor dostopa do javnih računalnikov. Izbrana in konfigurirana je mrežna oprema, strojna oprema pa nadgrajena. Izvedeno je usposabljanje zaposlenih v knjižnici, celoten sistem pa je vpeljan v uporabo.

INTRODUCTION OF SOFTWARE SOLUTION »INETWORK« IN LIBRARY
Abstract:
The thesis describes the development and implementation of a software solution in the public library. We were looking for a solution to monitor and record user access to public computers. So far this has been done manually by filling out forms. The thesis analyses the entire working process. Together with the client we developed a proposal of an improved process, leading to increased efficiency of the employees and better control of the process. Developed and implemented software solution provides automated control access to public computers. As a part of the process we selected and configured network equipment and upgraded the hardware. We also had training for staff in the library. The entire system is working and in use.
