Abstract:
Področje prenove poslovnih procesov in njegova učinkovita informacijska podpora sta za farmacevtsko podjetje izjemnega pomena, kajti optimizirani poslovni procesi posledično prispevajo k dvigu konkurenčnosti podjetja. Podjetje tako zazna neučinkovite poslovne procese skozi poslovne rezultate. Značilnosti sodobne farmacevtske industrije so tudi stroga zunanja in notranja regulacija ter stalno izboljševanje poslovnih procesov. Za pridobitev zadostnih podatkov o dejanskem procesnem stanju podjetje skrbno analizira trenutno stanje procesov. Vzroki neučinkovitih procesov se običajno kažejo v ozkih procesnih grlih.V našem primeru se je – s spremembo zahtev zunanjega regulatorja in posledično zakonskih zahtev – kot vzrok izkazala nezadostna informacijska podpora prenovlje-nemu procesu v proizvodnji. Z vpeljavo nove informacijske rešitve želi podjetje učinkoviteje podpreti prenovljene procese in zadovoljiti zahteve zunanjega regulatorja. Kako se je farmacevtsko podjetje lotilo vpeljave nove informacijske rešitve iz procesnega vidika, smo prikazali na primeru v empiričnem delu naloge.

PROCESS IMPROVING WITH INTRODUCTION OF IT SOLUTION TO BUSINESS PROCESSES IN PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY
Abstract:
Processes drive modern pharmaceutical industry and companies are aware that the one of the keys for success is continuous process improvement with effective IT support. Optimized business processes, consequently, contribute to raising the competitiveness of the company. Subsequently, company can detect inefficient business processes through business results. One of characteristic of the modern pharmaceutical industry is strict external and internal regulation and continuous improvement of business processes. To obtain sufficient information about the actual process state, company carefully analyses the current state of processes. Process bottlenecks are usually the cause of inefficient processes. In our case, the cause proved to be insufficient IT support to a renewed process in production. With the introduction of the new IT solution company wants to more effectively support the renewed processes and satisfy the requirements of an external regulator. We have demonstrated in a case the introduction of new IT solution in pharmaceutical company from a procedural point of view.
