Abstract:	Poslovni procesi v podjetjih povezujejo posamezne funkcijske silose in omogočajo organizaciji boljše komuniciranje med oddelki. S poslovnimi procesi podjetju ustvarjamo boljše pogoje za preboj pred konkurente. Poslovne procese obvladujemo z informacijsko tehnologijo, ki mora delovati skladno z vizijo in strategijo podjetja. Na trgu se danes pojavljajo številne različice informacijskih sistemov, med katerimi je težko izbrati najustreznejšo, ker običajno v podjetjih ni dovolj strokovno usposobljenega kadra, ki bi znal izbiro pravilno opredeliti. Podjetje ima danes na razpolago malo orodij, s katerimi lahko naredi preboj med najboljše na trgu. Za uspešno prenovo je potrebno uspešno načrtovanje, ki ga izvaja strateški management. Med ključne vloge za uspešno uvedbo ali prenovo poslovnega procesa spadajo dobra vizija podjetja, uspešen management, kakovostno načrtovanje uvedbe ali prenove in ustrezna informacijska tehnologija.

Title:	THE INTRODUCTION OF BUSINESS PROCESS PLANNING AND OPTIMIZATION PRODUCTION IN TYPICAL COMPANY WITH ORDER PRODUCTION
Abstract:	Business processes in companies connect individual functional units and enable better communication between departments in the organization. With business processes we create better conditions for a breakthrough of the company against competitors. The business processes are managed by information technology, which should act in accordance with the company's vision and strategy. There are many different versions of information systems on the market today, among which it is difficult to choose the most appropriate, since usually there is a lack of sufficiently qualified personnel, who would be able to correctly identify the selection. The companies nowadays have too few tools on their disposal which would help them make a breakthrough among the best on the market. To ensure successful renovation, careful planning needs to be carried out by the strategic management. Among key factors for the successful implementation or renovation of business process are a good vision of the company, effective management, good planning for the implementation or renovation of the process and appropriate information technology.
