Abstract:
Gradbeno dovoljenje je odločba, s katero pristojni upravni organ odobri gradnjo objekta v skladu z določili veljavne zakonodaje ter določi pogoje, pod katerimi je možna gradnja objekta. Postopek izdaje gradbenega dovoljenja se začne z vložitvijo zahteve. Zahteva za izdajo gradbenega dovoljenja mora vsebovati sestavine, ki so določene z zakonom.

BUILDING PERMIT
Abstract:
Building permit is an order, with which the competent administrative authority allows the construction in accordance with the valid regulations and defines terms, under which building of an object is possible. The process of the issuing the building permit begins with the filing out a request. Request for building permit has to include all elements required by the law.
