Abstract:V moji diplomski nalogi sem želela raziskati motivacijo v podjetju X. Predvsem sem želela raziskati razlike v motiviranosti med različnimi generacijami in med spoloma. Rezultate anketnega vprašalnika sem podrobno predstavila v zadnjem poglavju.

Title:ENCOURAGING MOTIVATION IN ORGANIZATION X
Abstract:In my diploma thesis I wanted to explore the motivation of the company X, particularly the differences in motivation between different generations and between the sexes. In the theoretical part of the thesis I wrote about motivational theories, different generations and their values, demotivators and motivation in general. In the research part, I used the statistical methods. As a research tool I used a questionnaire, which was filled by the employed in the organization X. I interviewed 50 respondents. In the practical part of my thesis I discovered many interesting things with the help of the questionnaire. To increase the motivation the employees would like the most to be financially rewarded and have additional work free days. If such a rewarding existed, they would be more productive at their workplace. In addition, a large percentage of workers consider that the employees are not motivated to the maximum. With this my hypothesis 1, which assumed that company does not pay enough attention on the motivation, was confirmed. The hypothesis 2 was also confirmed. In it, I assumed that the estimates of the motivation factors among employees of different ages are different. The results of the questionnaire showed in particular that we need to motivate the older generation differently as the younger and middle generations. I presented the results of the questionnairein detail in the last chapter.
