Abstract:	Področje izdelave projektne dokumentacije in samega projektiranja je obsežen in kompleksen proces. Kot pomoč pri izvajanju teh nalog odgovornemu projektantu posameznega dela projektne dokumentacije in odgovornemu vodji projekta, projektivna podjetja zaposlujejo tehnični kader z nižjo stopnjo strokovne izobrazbe kot je z zakonom določena izobrazba odgovornega projektanta. V diplomskem delu smo analizirali kompetence tehničnega kadra ob zaključku srednješolskega strokovnega programa gradbeni tehnik, ki v projektivnem podjetju AG-inženiring, d.o.o. Kočevje, opravlja naloge na delovnem mestu projektant sodelavec. Določili smo ključne kompetence delovnega mesta projektant sodelavec, ter z analizo srednješolskega strokovnega programa gradbeni tehnik in analizo usmerjenega intervjuja, ki je bil izveden s poznavalci področja projektivnega podjetja, dokazovali ali so kompetence tehničnega kadra s končanim srednješolskim strokovnim programom gradbeni tehnik zadostne za opravljanje nalog na delovnem mestu projektant sodelavec v projektivnem podjetju AG-inženiring d.o.o.. Splošna ugotovitev diplomskega dela je, da je za opravljanje nalog delovnega mesta projektant sodelavec v projektivnem podjetju, ključnega pomena nenehno spremljanje sprememb in novosti zakonodaje, tehnologije gradnje, produktov, računalniških programov in dognanj stroke, ter se na njihovi podlagi stalno dodatno izpopolnjevati in izobraževati.

Title:	COMPETENCES ASSOCIATE DESIGNERS IN PROJECTIVE COMPANY AG-INŽENIRING. D.O.O. KOČEVJE
Abstract:	The field of production of the project documentation and designing itself is an extensive and complex process. As assistance in performing the tasks to the responsible building designer of an individual part of the project dossier and to the responsible project manager, the design companies employ technical personnel with a lower degree of professional education as it is determined by the statutory regime for the position of the responsible building designer. In the diploma thesis we analyzed the competences of technical personnel at the beginning of the secondary professional program construction technician, who performs the tasks on the working position of the designer co-worker in the design company AG-inženiring d.o.o. Kočevje. We determined the key competences of the working position of the designer co-worker and, by means of the analysis of the secondary professional program construction technician, and by means of analysis of the focused interview, which was performed with the experts of the field of the design company, we were proving whether the competences of the technical personnel with the finished secondary professional program construction technician are sufficient to perform the tasks on the working position the designer co-worker in the design company AG-inženiring d.o.o. Kočevje. The general ascertainment of the diploma thesis is that, in order to perform the tasks of the working position the designer co-worker in the design company, it is essential to continuously follow the changes and novelties of the legislation, construction technology, products, computer programs and ascertainments of the profession, and to be continuously additionally educated and trained on the basis of the latter.
