Abstract:	Postavljanje pravil in meja je v predšolski dobi otroka še kako pomembno. Le tako lahko v zadostni meri zadovoljimo njihove in naše potrebe. Teoretični del diplomske naloge obsega vlogo vrtca v vzgoji predšolskega otroka, opredelitev in pomen postavljanja pravil in meja v vzgoji, pomen ustrezne komunikacije ter doslednost v uresničevanju postavljenih pravil in meja. Z raziskavo pa smo v empiričnem delu raziskali, kako in na kakšen način v skupini oblikujejo pravila, ali za uresničevanje le-teh skrbita oba strokovna delavca, ali se otroci zavedajo dogovorjenih pravil in posledic, ali so strokovni delavci zadovoljni z doslednostjo pri njihovem uresničevanju ter ali pri tem obstajajo razlike glede na starostno obdobje skupine, starost strokovnih delavcev in delovno mesto. Vzorec zajema diplomirane vzgojitelje in pomočnike vzgojiteljev iz vrtcev celjske regije. Podatke, ki smo jih zbrali z anketnim vprašalnikom, smo obdelali s pomočjo programa SPSS. Ugotovili smo, da obstajajo značilne razlike pri postavljanju pravil in meja v skupini glede na starostno obdobje in delovno mesto, pri skrbi za upoštevanje pravil ter glede na starostno skupino.

Title:	Creating rules in preschool and their consistent implementation
Abstract:	Setting rules and boundaries is very important in the preschool period. This is the only way in order for the needs of all - children and us - are adequately satisfied. The theoretical part of the diploma paper deals with the role of preschool in the preschooler's upbringing, the importance of rule and boundary setting in upbringing, the definition of rules and boundaries, the importance of appropriate communication and consistency in implementing rules and boundaries. The research in the empirical part was executed in order to establish the following. The ways in which rules are created in a preschool group and whether both preschool teachers take an active role in implementing the rules in the group. Whether children are aware of the set rules and consequences and whether the preschool teachers are satisfied with the consistency in following the rules. Finally, the differences, which may occur regarding different age groups of the children, difference in preschool teachers' ages and in their posts. The sample includes graduated preschool teachers and preschool teacher's assistants from preschools in the Celje region. Data collected by means of a survey questionnaire was processed using SPSS programme. Our findings show that there are significant differences with rule and boundary setting in a group when we consider the age and the post of the preschool teacher (assistant), the care for rule following and the age group of the children.
