Abstract:V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni terapevtski vidiki človeškega glasu.

Title:THERAPEUTIC ASPECTS OF THE HUMAN VOICE
Abstract:In this diploma thesis the therapeutic aspects of human voice are presented. In the first part, physiological and psychological aspects of the voice are presented and later the importance of sound and sonorous vibrations on physical level as well as on the intuitive one is showed, since the vibrations form sympathetic or involuntary resonance when in relations to other beings or objects in the universe. Further on the sound healing, its origins and scientifically confirmed effects, the importance of effects that sonorous vibrations have on the energy centres in our bodies are presented. The methods of achieving our voice reverberating in our body and spirit and ways where voice vibrations can heal and cure are presented further on. The last, empirical part of the thesis consists of elements, procedures and analyses of the experimental work, which was carried out in order to find out how the participants react on relaxation with a buzzing sound. The experimental method as well as the descriptive method with a study of Slovenian and foreign literature are used in the thesis. A survey questionnaire is used as a research instrument for data gathering and finding out the state of a representative pattern, furthermore, some pieces of information are gathered by own observations. Relaxation with a buzzing sound turned out to have very positive consequences on physical and mental well-being of the individuals who participated in the experiment.
