Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava sociološke vidike skupinskega bivanja in je zasnovano teoretično. V njem smo najprej opredelili pojem skupinskega bivanja, razvoj teh oblik bivanja skozi zgodovino in oblike skupinskega bivanja v Zahodni in Severni Evropi. Da bi lažje razumeli razvoj skupinskih oblik bivanja, smo se v nadaljevanju osredotočili na prednosti takšnih oblik bivanja in razlago koncepta individualizirane družbe ter demografskih sprememb, ki povzročajo razvoj novih življenjskih in gospodinjskih oblik bivanja. Skupinske oblike bivanja so se po različnih evropskih državah razvijale na različne načine, zato smo jih v diplomskem delu razdelali in natančneje opisali. Zanimalo nas je tudi, kakšni so motivi za bivanje v teh bivalnih projektih, kakšna je sestava stanovalcev ter kako poteka njihov bivalni vsakdan. Znotraj te tematike smo obravnavali tudi projekte, ki so že realizirani. Zanimalo nas je, kako je potekal razvoj projekta od zasnove do realizacije in kako funkcionira danes.

Title:SOCIOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVES OF TOGETHER LIVING
Abstract:The diploma thesis deals with the sociological aspects of cohousing and has been designed as a theoretical research. Firstly, the concept of the cohousing has been defined, as well as the later development of these forms of living through history, and the forms of cohousing in Western and Northern Europe today. To understand the development of collective forms of accommodation, the thesis hereafter focuses on the advantages of such forms of living and the interpretation of the concept of individualized society, as well as demographic changes that lead to the development of the new forms of living and household facilities. Cohousing has developed differently in the individual European countries, therefore separately classified and described in the thesis. One of the key research goals was to determine the motives for staying in such dwelling establishments, what is the demographics of their residents and the course of their everyday living. Within this topic, the thesis highlights the projects that have already been realized, especially, the evolution of the projects from their concept to their final realization, and how they function today.
