Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek konstruiranja cenovno ugodnega tri osnega CNC rezkalnega stroja za domačo rabo. Tri osni CNC rezkalni stroj je stroj, ki pomaga in olajšuje delo pri izdelavi različnih izdelkov. Narejeni so preračuni in predstavljene metode pri iskanju idej. Opisani so vsi predvideni mehanski in elektronski deli stroja. Opisano je tudi modeliranje in predstavitev 3D modela stroja. Podan je tudi rezultat varnostne analize. Končni rezultat dela pa so tehniška dokumentacija 3-osnega CNC rezkalnega stroja in predvideni stroški izdelave.

Title:
Design of affordable 3 axis CNC machine for home use
Abstract:
In this paper we present the process of designing an affordable three axis CNC machine for home usage. Three axis CNC machine is machine which helps and facilitates the work of making different products. Calculations are made and methods in the search for ideas are presented as well. All mechanical and electronic components of the machine are described. We also included a description of the modeling, a representation of the 3D model of the machine, and the result of the safety analysis. The final result of the paper is Technical Documentation of three axis CNC milling machine with the estimated costs of manufacture.
