Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi smo v uvodu predstavili pojem korupcije tako, da smo definicijo v slovenski zakonodaji primerjali z definicijami v mednarodnih aktih. Nadalje smo podrobno predstavili ustanovitev, delovanje in organizacijo Skupine držav proti korupciji GRECO. Posebej smo se posvetili tudi področjem ocenjevanja GRECA. Povzeli smo bistvo prvih treh ocenjevalnih poročil GRECA za Slovenijo. Posebej smo analizirali četrto ocenjevalno poročilo GRECA in nato pregledali ukrepe, ki so bili sprejeti na podlagi četrtega ocenjevalnega poročila GRECA. Za konec smo naredili pregled aktualne protikorupcijske zakonodaje v Sloveniji.

Abstract:
In the introduction to the undergraduate thesis we have presented the concept of corruption comparing its definition in the Slovenian legislation with definitions in international legislation. Furthermore, we have presented in detail the establishment, operation and organization of the Group of States against corruption GRECO. We have especially dedicated our work also to the area of GRECO evaluation. We have summarized the essential parts of the first three GRECO evaluation reports on Slovenia. We have separately analysed the fourth GRECO evaluation report and then reviewed the measures taken on the basis of the fourth GRECO evaluation report. Finally we have created a review of the current anticorruption legislation in Slovenia.
