Abstract:	Podjetje Miklavške pekarne, d. o. o., se ukvarja s proizvodnjo kruha, keksov in pekovskega peciva. Pekovsko pecivo, ki se peče na prodajnih mestih, priskrbijo drugi dobavitelji. Zaradi povečane prodaje pekovskega peciva in povečanja števila prodajnih mest s pečjo za pečenje pekovskega peciva se je povečala tudi potreba po večjem naročilu izdelkov, kar zaradi majhnega skladiščnega prostora predstavlja velik problem. Podjetje prav tako nima podpore informacijskega sistema, ki bi sprotno in natančno beležil zaloge, zato večkrat pride do neustrezno naročenih količin pekovskega peciva. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili podjetje in njegove prostore ter opisali relevantne delovne procese. Podrobno smo predstavili probleme, s katerimi se sooča podjetje in predlagali ustrezne rešitve, ki bi omogočile optimalno delovanje podjetja. Pri pisanju diplomskega dela smo si postavili nekatere cilje, za katere menimo, da smo jih tudi dosegli. Cilji diplomskega dela so ureditev in reorganizacija zamrzovalnega skladišča in ureditev nabave pekovskega peciva. Zadnji cilj je vpeljava informacijskega sistema, ki bi omogočil bolj ekonomično in natančno beleženje zaloge artiklov. S pomočjo teoretičnega znanja smo podali predlog za reorganizacijo skladiščnega prostora in ureditev nabave pekovskega peciva. Izračunali smo tudi stroške in koristi uvedbe informacijskega sistema.

Title:	Reorganization of the freezer storage area and purchases in Miklavške pekarne d.o.o.
Abstract:	Company Miklavške pekarne, d. o. o., produces bread, cookies and pastery. The pastery delivered to the company frozen and is then baked in their stores. The pastery is provided by three independent suppliers. A growth in sales and an increase in the number of stores the company has, has brought up the need for bigger product order from the suppliers, which is a problem because the company has a relatively small freezing storage space. The company is also not supported by an information system, which would promptly and accurately keep track of the stock. This means inaccurate and unnecessary orders of pastery and a financial loss. In this bachelor degree we introduced the company and it's premises, and we also described the main work proceses. We introduced the problems the company is facing and suggested appropriate solutions, which would enable the company to work at an optimal level. In the begining we set some goals, for which we feel we have achieved. The first goal was the arrangement and reorganisation of the freezer storage space. The second goal was the optimisation of the supplie order system. The last goal was an introcuction of an information system, which would enable a more economical and accurate logging of pastery supplies. We used our theoretical knowdledge to propose a plan for reorganisation of the storage room and arrangement of supplie orders of pastery. We also calculated the costs and benefits of the implementation of the information system.
