Abstract:
Z razvojem večkriterijskega modela DEX-i za pripravo SLR LAS Bogastvo podeželja je bilo razvito orodje, s katerim ocenjujemo različne scenarije razvoja podeželja na območju LAS Bogastvo podeželja. Izbira prioritet območja za razvoj podeželja vpliva na večje število kriterijev. Kriteriji ki so bili vključeni v model so okoljski, socialni in gospodarski vidik. Končni cilj nam je bil oceniti razvojne možnosti območja LAS. S primerjavo SWOT analize in DEX-i modela lahko ugotovimo, ali so zastavljene prioritete dobra odločitev za razvoj obravnavanega območja. Razvit večkriterijski model lahko služi kot evalvacijsko orodje za vrednotenje strategij lokalnega razvoja.

Comparasion between a SWOT analysis and the DEX-I model for the preparation of a local development strategy (LDS) for the Local action group (LAG) »RURAL RICHNESS« - LAS BOGASTVO PODEŽELJA
Abstract:
By developing a multi-criteria model DEX-I for the preparation of a LDS for the LAG Rural Richness a tool was established which enables an evaluation of various scenarios for rural development on the area of the LAG Rural Richness. The selection of criteria for the rural development area influences on an increased number of criteria. The criteria, which were included within the model, encompass environmental, social and economic perspectives. The final objective was to evaluate the development possibilities of the LAG-area. By comparing a SWOT-analysis with the DEX-I model we can establish, if the set priorities are a good choice for the development of the evaluation area. A developed multi-criteria model can serve as an evaluation tool for the rating of local development strategies.
