Abstract:
Povpraševanje mladih po lastnem stanovanju je vselej aktualno. Pri izbiri le-tega odigrajo pomembno vlogo – poleg drugih dejavnikov – velikost stanovanja, lokacija in cena. Zaradi želje po neodvisnem življenju posamezniki pogosto izberejo manjši stanovanjski prostor na ugodni lokaciji. Na podlagi raziskave in analize primerov smo zasnovali projekt minimalne bivalne enote za eno osebo ter preverili možnosti umestitve gruč takšnih objektov v prostor na dveh lokacijah v Mariboru.

Title:
Minimal housing unit 2020
Abstract:
There is always a high demand for one's own apartment among the young. Among other factors, size, location and pricing all have an important role when choosing a residence. Individuals tend to choose a smaller private dwelling at a favourable location because of their wish for an independent lifestyle. Based on research and case analysis we have designed a project of minimal housing unit for one person and verified various options of installing a cluster of such objects in areas on two locations in Maribor.
