Title:	VPLIV RASTNIH HORMONOV NA KARAKTERISTIKO PLODOV SLIV (Prunus domestica)

Abstract:	Namen poskusa, ki smo ga opravljali leta 2008 v Sadjarskem centru Maribor-Gačnik, je bilo ugotoviti, kakšen vpliv imajo rastna hormona avksin (pripravek Maxim) in citokinin (pripravek CPPU), ročno redčenje plodov in njihove kombinacije na velikost plodov in izbrane parametre kakovosti pri slivah sorte 'Čačanska lepotica'. V poskus je bilo vključenih 7 obravnavanj: obr. 1: plodove smo ročno redčili in nato tretirali z avksinom, obr. 2: izvedli smo tretiranje z avksinom, dne (22. 5. 2008), obr. 3: izvedli smo dve tretiranji z avksinom v dveh različnih terminih (22. 5. in 3. 6. 2008), obr. 4: izvedli smo tretiranje plodov s citokininom dne (22. 5. 2008), obr. 5: opravili smo tretiranje z avksinom in citokininom, šesto obravnavanje je predstavljalo kontrolo (netretirano), obr. 7: opravili smo ročno redčenje plodov. Meritve premera plodov so bile opravljene v 10 - 14 dnevnih intervalih, z začetkom 45 dni pred tehnološko zrelostjo. Rezultati so pokazali, da je statistično značilno največji pozitivni vpliv na velikost plodov in vsebnost suhe snovi imela uporaba rastnega hormona citokinina, uporabljenega v fazi razvoja plodov, medtem ko uporaba avksina ni imela učinka.

Title:	INFLUENCE OF GROWTH HORMONES ON PLUM FRUIT (Prunus domestica) CHARACTERISTICS
Abstract:	The purpose of the experiment made in 2008 at the Maribor-Gačnik Fruit Growing Centre was to determine the influence of the growth hormones Auxin (Maxim mixture) and Cytokinin (CPPU mixture), the manual thinning, and their combinations on the size of the plums ('Čačan Beauty') and the selected quality parameters. The experiment comprised seven treatments: the first treatment included the combination of the manual thinning and the use of Auxin; the second treatment (on 22 May 2008) included the use of Auxin; the third treatment included the use of Auxin on two different occasions (on 22 May and 3 June 2008); the fourth treatment (on 22 May 2008) included the use of Cytokinin; the fifth treatment included the combination of the use of Auxin and the use of Cytokinin; the sixth treatment included (untreated) control; the seventh treatment included the manual thinning of the plums. The size of the plums was measured in 10–14-day intervals. The measurements began 45 days before the technical maturity of the plums. The results showed that, statistically, the growth hormone Cytokinin, used during the growing phase, had typically the biggest positive influence on the size of the plums and on the dry matter content, whereas the use of Auxin had no effect.
