Abstract:
Diplomska naloga temelji na podrobni analizi poslovanja majhnega prevozniškega podjetja Sefratrans. Na osnovi izvedene analize so bili predlagani različni ukrepi za izboljšanje poslovanja podjetja, kot na pr.: uvedba novega informacijskega sistema za spremljanje voznega parka, šolanje voznikov za varčno vožnjo in zamenjava voznega parka vozil s silosi z vozili s ponjavami.

MEASURES FOR IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS PROSECCES IN THE COMPANY SEFRATRANS
Abstract:
The thesis is based on the analysis of business performance of transport company Sefratrans from Zagorje. Based on the results of the analysis the following measures for business performance improvment of the company were suggested: introduction of a new information system, eco-driving seminars for drivers and change of the fleet from cisterns to classical heavy duty trucks.
