Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi je opisana avtomatizacija stiskalnice za hladno kalibracijo polizdelkov. Diplomsko nalogo smo izvedli in realizirali v podjetju UNIOR D.D. v Zrečah. Električni načrt smo narisali s programskim orodjem EPLAN, program za avtomatsko delovanje pa smo realizirali s programsko opremo TIA PORTAL V13. Vodenje stiskalnice je realizirano s krmilnikom SIEMENS CPU 1215C uporabniški vmesnik pa se izvaja na zaslonu na dotik TP-700 COMFORT.

AUTOMATION OF PRESS FOR COLD CALLIBRATION OF SEMIFINISHED PRODUCTS
Abstract:
In diploma is described the automation of press for cold callibration of semifinished pro-ducts.. Diploma was performed and realized in company Unior d.d. in Zreče. Electrical plan was drawn with the software tool EPLAN, while a program for automatic operation, we realized with the software TIA Portal V13. Controlling of the press was done with con-troller SIEMENS CPU 1215C, while user interface works on the touch screen TP-700 COMFORT.
