Abstract:
Javna uprava je z uvedbo e-poslovanja približala upravo strankam in tako zmanjšala čakalne vrste na okencih, dosegla pa je tudi veliko zastavljenih ciljev in sicer, da je uporabnikom ponudila varne, enostavne in dostopne elektronske storitve.
