Abstract:	Logistična znanost proučuje blagovne tokove in s tem povezane informacijske tokove od začetka in do končne namembnosti. Logistika pa ni pomembna samo v proizvodnem podjetju, ampak tudi pri organizaciji in izvedbi dogodkov. Dogodki so vnaprej načrtovane in organizirane priložnosti, kot so športne tekme ter druga družbena srečanja. V tem diplomskem projektu smo se osredotočili na dogodke, ki se organizirajo in izvajajo na AMZS Centru varne vožnje na Vranskem. AMZS Center varne vožnje na Vranskem je najsodobnejši center za izvajanje vadbe varne vožnje v Sloveniji. Poleg rednih tečajev in programov varne vožnje pa na AMZS Centru varne vožnje organizirajo in izvajajo raznovrstne dogodke za naročnike ali v lastne namene. Dogodki vsebujejo različne aktivnosti, ki so v povezavi z varno vožnjo na cesti. Za organizacijo in izvedbo dogodka je potrebno poskrbeti za nemoten potek materialnega in informacijskega toka. Kot materialni tok lahko v našem primeru vzamemo ljudi oziroma udeležence na dogodku. Informacijski tok na dogodku pa predstavlja kroženje informacij med vsemi sodelujočimi na dogodku. Pomembno pri organizaciji in izvedbi posameznega dogodka je predvsem njegova logistika na poligonu. Uspešno izvedbo dogodkov, dobro informacijsko obveščenost zaposlenih in obiskovalcev ter enakomerno porazdelitev obiskovalce zagotavlja dobra logistika. Včasih kljub dobremu načrtovanju pride do težav. Največkrat se na dogodku pojavi problem “ozkega grla“. To pomeni, da določena postaja zaradi različnih dejavnikov ne more obdelati toliko ljudi kot so prvotno načrtovali. Da bi čim bolj omejili naveden problem se podjetje nagiba k več možnim rešitvam, ki bodo opisana v nadaljevanju. Prav tako bo v nadaljevanju podrobno opisan potek določenega dogodka in njegova logistika, ki je potrebna pri njegovi organizaciji in izvedbi.

Title:	Logistics for organizing and conducting events on AMZS Safe Driving Center in Vransko
Abstract:	Logistic Science examines the flows of goods and with that related information flows from the beginning to the final destination. But logistics is not only important in a manufacturing company, but also in organizing and conducting events. Events are planned ahead and organized opportunities like sports matches and other social gatherings. In this graduation project we focused on the events which are organized and implemented on AMZS Safe Driving Centre in Vransko. AMZS Safe Driving Centre in Vransko is the most modern Center for implementation of the exercise safe driving in Slovenia. AMZS Safe Driving Centre besides regular courses and programs to drive safely also organize and perform different events for clients or for their own purposes. Events contained different activities in connection with safe driving on the road. For organizing and executing of the event it is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the material and information flow. As the material flow in our case we take people and participants at the event. Information flow on event it represents the circulation of information among all the participants in the event. Especially important for the organization and execution of each event is logistics on the polygon. A good logistics provides a successful execution of the event, good informed employees and visitors and evenly spred visitors in the event. Sometimes, despite good planning problems can occur. This means that a particular station due to various factors cannot process as many people as originally scheduled. Most of the time is appearing on the event a problem which is called “narrow throat”. This means that a particular station, because of different factors cannot process as many people as originally planned. In order to minimize the problem company tends to several possible solutions, which will be described below. Also will be described in detail a conduct of an event and logistics that must be required for its organization and implementation.
