Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je prikazan potek zimskega in letnega vzdrževanja občinskih cest v občini Brežice. Na začetku je navedena zakonodaja, ki ureja vzdrževanje cest in katerega se morajo izvajalci držati. V nadaljevanju sledi opis zimskega in letnega vzdrževanja cest in predstavitev izvajalca del v občini Brežice. Opisano je tudi stanje cest v občini Brežice in analiza ocene poškodovanosti cest. Podani so tudi predlogi izboljšav izvajanja zimskega in letnega vzdrževanja občinskih cest v občini Brežice.

Title:
PERIODICAL ROAD MAINTENANCE IN THE BREŽICE MUNICIPALITY
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the presentation of summer and winter maintenance of the municipal roads in the municipality of Brežice. In the beginning of the thesis we introduce the legislation that regulates the road maintenance services and the law that contractors must comply with. This thesis continues with the description of the winter and summer road maintenance and with the introduction of the road maintenance contractor in the Brežice municipality. Furthermore, we present the state of the roads in the Brežice municipality and the analysis of the damage assessment of the roads. The thesis concludes with the proposals for improving the winter and summer road maintenance in the municipality of Brežice.
