Abstract:
V diplomskem delu obravnavamo pomemben, čeprav pogosto prezrt ali podcenjen element v procesu zaposlovanja kladrov – to je objavljanje prostih delovnih mest oziroma vrste dela. V teoretičnem delu smo podrobno opisali, kako je objavljanje prostih delovnih mest urejeno z zakoni in podzakonskimi predpisi, kako se ti predpisi praktično izvajajo, opisali smo tudi nekatera strokovna izhodišča in rešitve za ustrezno ravnanje na tem področju.

ANALYSIS OF JOB ADVERTISEMENTS
Abstract:
In the thesis is considered an important, though often overlooked or underestimated element in the process of recruitment of staff - publication of vacancies or types of work. In the theoretical part, we described in detail how the publication of vacancies is governed by the laws and regulations, how these rules are implemented practically, we also described certain professional principles and solutions for appropriate actions in this field.
