Abstract:
Zemljiškoknjižno dovolilo ali intabulacijska klavzula je razpolagalni pravni posel stvarnega prava s katerim odsvojitelj nepremičnine z izrecno in nepogojno izjavo dovoljuje vpis na nepremičnini na pridobitelja. urejeno je v 23. členu stvarnopravnega zakonika, ki pravi da je to izrecna nepogojna izjava tistega, čigar pravica se prenaša, spreminja, obremenjuje ali preneha da dovoljuje vpis v zemljiško knjigo.

Abstract:
Land register permission or plus land registration clause is spreading level property to transfere. regulated in article 23 os substantial legal code says that this is an explicit unconditional statement by the person whose immovable property is transfered, changing, burden or cease to allow the entry in the land register.
