Abstract:
Namen diplomskega dela je bil izdelati BIM-model stavbe s stopnjo LOD 400 z uporabo programa Revit Architecture, ki omogoča BIM-pristop. Model enostanovanjske stavbe je bil izdelan po zahtevah stopnje razvitosti LOD 400. Interoperabilnost modela je bila zagotovljena z vzdrževanjem modela v formatu IFC 2x3 in zagotavljanjem skupne rabe s pomočjo odprtega strežnika BIMServer.org.

DESIGN OF BIM MODEL WITH LOD 400 AND ITS SHARED USE
Abstract:
Main focus of our work was design of a BIM-model with LOD 400 with Revit Architecture, which is a modelling tool for BIM appproach. Model of a family house was modeled with LOD 400. During the work the model was maintained in IFC format The model was also archived to an open BIMServer to guarantee IFC 2x3 compatibility.
