Abstract:
Cilj raziskave je analizirati rejo piščančjega mesa piščancev brojlerjev iz ekonomskega vidika. V ta namen je bil za rejo piščančjega mesa na kmetiji razvit tehnološko-ekonomsko simulacijski model s pripadajočimi podmodeli. V model so zajeti glavni tehnološko-ekonomski parametri prireje mesa, skupni stroški, vrednost kmetijske proizvodnje, koeficient ekonomičnosti in finančni rezultat. V drugem delu raziskave je raziskan vpliv letnih časov na pogin v reji.

THE ECONOMICS OF BROILER CHICKENS
Abstract:
The aim of the study was to analyze the production of chicken meat broiler chickens from an economic point of view. To this end, it was for the production of chicken meat on farm developed techno-economic simulation model with corresponding sub-models. The model covers the main technological-economic parameters of meat production, total cost, total income of agricultural production, economy coefficient and financial result. In the second part of the study, we are investigated the influence of the seasons on mortality in breeding.
