Abstract:
This thesis provides us a general background of the main features of abour regulation in the Republic of Slovenia and also the main characteristics of Employment regulation of the EU regarding labour law. In Republic of Slovenia is this field covered by the Act on Employment, Self-Employment and work of Aliens.
