Abstract:
Diplomsko delo prikazuje projekt za migracijo-nadgradnjo krmilnega sistema Siemens SIMATIC S5 na S7-300. Projekt je pripravljen po načelih projektnega managementa. Migracija krmilnega sistema poteka v okviru obnove stroja Göckel G100 EL v podjetju TRO d. o. o.. Predstavljena je strojna in elektro obnova ter delovanje omenjenega stroja. Podan je kratek opis industrijskih krmilnikov za boljše razumevanje njihovega delovanja. Prikazana je programska oprema SIMATIC STEP 7, ki bo uporabljena za programiranje novega krmilnika.

SIEMENS SIMATIC S5 TO S7-300 MIGRATION ON A SURFACE GRINDING MACHINE GÖCKEL G100 EL
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is the project for Siemens SIMATIC S5 to S7-300 control system migration-upgrade. The project is designed after project magement guidance. Control system upgrade is a part of surface grinding machine Göckel G100 EL restoration in a company TRO d. o. o.. We describe mechanical and electro restoration as well as the machine operations. We explain programmable logic controllers for better understanding of their functionality. At the last point we describe SIMATIC STEP 7 software, which would be used for programming of new controller.
