Abstract:	Vodenja evidence delovnega časa na papir je že veliko ustanov in podjetij zamenjalo z elektronsko evidenco. Prihodi in odhodi se registrirajo preko terminala, pametnega telefona ali računalnika. Od politike podjetja in narave dela je odvisno, kateri od načinov registracije bo v podjetju najbolj primeren. Diplomsko delo obravnava probleme registracije delovnega časa s kartico in registracijskim terminalom v Kranjskih vrtcih. Raziskati želimo, kje nastajajo napake in na kakšen način bi se jih dalo rešiti. Poleg rednega evidentiranja (prihodi, odhodi) so tudi izredni dogodki. Izobraževanja, dodatno delo, nadure, so dogodki, ki jih je potrebno dodatno evidentirati. To nekaterim zaposlenim predstavlja problem. Ker prihaja do napak, zaposleni v zavodu takemu načinu evidentiranja niso naklonjeni. Pravica in dolžnost delodajalca je, da poskrbi za korektno vodenje evidence. Vendar se evidentiranje ne zaključi samo z evidenco prihodov in odhodov. Z opravljeno anketo smo ugotovili, da zaposleni ne želijo elektronskega načina evidentiranja zaradi napak, ki se pojavljajo. Podali so zanimive predloge, rešitve, ki smo jih upoštevali v prenovljenem procesu registracije.

Title:	ANALYSIS OF WORKING TIME REGISTRATION IN KINDERGARTENS
Abstract:	Many companies switched registration of working time from analogue to digital. The check in/out registration is done on the registration terminal, smart phone or computer. The appropriate type of registration model depends on company policy and nature of work. This thesis is engaged in issues of registration working hours with registration card and registration terminal in organization Kranjski vrtci (Kranj’s kindergartens). We have investigated mistakes and errors in the process of registration and proposed some solutions. Besides regular check in and out are also some other events that need to be evidenced (such as education, additional work, overtime…). Some employees recognize this as a difficulty. The consequence of this difficulties occur in errors (such as lack off evidenced working time) Therefore employees are not in favor the digital registration process. The right and duty of the employer is to arrange for correct record keeping. However, the record does not end only with the record of arrivals and departures at work. We completed the survey and analyzed it. We found out that employees dislike the electronic way of registration. Employees have proposed some interesting proposals and solutions that were used in the proposal of renewed process.
