Pridobljene podatke smo statistično analizirali in prikazali v obliki frekvenčnih tabel in grafov s pomočjo programa Microsoft Excel. Rezultati: Raziskava zajema predstavitev in analizo rezultatov obravnavanih pacientov s SOA v letih 2009, 2011 in 2013 s poudarkom na motivacijski skupini. Ugotavljamo porast števila obravnavanih z dvojnimi diagnozami (komorbidnost).

Title:The success of the Motivational group in the admission to the Unit for Addictions and Psychotherapy
Abstract:Background: The purpose of this master work is to present syndrome of addiction to alcohol (SOA) as a disease process. Treatment of the disease has been changing during the history from moralistic approach to nowadays evidence-based neurobiology. An important part of the treatment is motivation of the addicted and their relatives and their participation in the treatment, as well as quality therapeutic approach, e.i.quality therapeutic relationship, including cooperation and acceptance of the ambivalence, which we try to influence through motivational processes. Methodology: For the theoretical standpoints we used the descriptive method of data collection and analysis.Data were obtained with the review of the scientific and professional, domestic and foreign literature dealing with the problem of addiction treatment, motivation, communication and ethical principles.Different systems and databases, such as COBISS, PubMed/Medline, Web of Science, DKUM, ProQuest, EBSCO, ScienceDirect and CINAHL, were used. For the empirical part, we used the descriptive epidemiological method. The data obtained were statistically analysed and presented in the form of frequency tables and graphs using Microsoft Excel. Results:The study includes a presentation and analysis of the results discussed in the years 2009, 2011 and 2013.Anincrease in the number of the patients with dual diagnosis (comorbidity) was recognised. Results are presented in graphs and frequency tables.
