Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi obravnavamo načrtovanje uvedbe e-računa v mobilni banki za podjetja. V analizi obstoječega stanja v banki smo preučili organizacijo bančnega poslovanja in mobilno banko za podjetja. Seznanili smo se s potekom in z načinom razvoja obstoječe mobilne banke ter si pridobili celovitejšo sliko načina delovanja varnostnih elementov v mobilni banki. Podrobneje smo proučili in analizirali podatkovni model za e-račun, ker je ta ključnega pomena pri implementaciji e-računa v mobilni banki za podjetja. Za proces obdelave e-računa smo uporabili BPMN diagram za modeliranje poslovnih procesov. Osnova za oblikovanje vmesnikov za e-račun nam je bil podatkovni model e-računa. Vmesnike smo oblikovali s pomočjo programske rešitve Balsamiq Mockups. Na podlagi vmesnikov smo izdelali prototip e-računa v mobilni banki za podjetja s pomočjo Justinmind Prototyper programske rešitve. Prototipno rešitev smo predstavili obstoječim in ključnim uporabnikom mobilne banke od katerih smo dobili tudi povratne informacije, zapisane v intervjujih. V priporočilih za organizacijo smo podali mnenja uporabnikov in nekaj dodatnih priporočil za izboljšavo funkcionalnosti mobilne banke.

FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS DEVELOPMENT FOR E-INVOICE IN MOBILE BANK FOR ENTERPRISES
Abstract:
Diploma thesis describes an implementation of e-invoices in mobile banking for companies with focus on preparation of specifications development for mobile banking application. We analysed current situation in the bank and studied organization of mobile banking operations. We have presented current mobile banking services development plan with a focus on usage of security methods. We present the detail data model for e-invoice since it defines foundation for implementing e-invoice in mobile banking for companies. We have used a BPMN diagram for defining the process of handling e-invoice in mobile bank. We have created the user interface prototype with usage of Balsamiq Mockup tool. Based on interface blueprint, we have further developed a mobile application prototype for e-invoice services in mobile banking for companies by using Justinmind Prototyper application. Prototype was presented to current and selected key users of mobile banking from whom we have received the feedback opinions which are noted in interviews. Diploma thesis in concluded with summary of prototype users’ opinions and recommendations for improvement of mobile banking services for companies.
