Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili konfiguracijo strežnika ter izdelali spletno aplikacijo GIS policija, ki uporabniku omogoča prikaz lokacije kličočega na 113. Aplikacija je sestavljena iz grafičnega uporabniškega vmesnika, na katerem je zemljevid, s pomočjo katerega prikazujemo lokacijo klicatelja. Vizualizacijo podatkov in zemljevida opravimo s knjižnico OpenLayers in GeoServerjem. Aplikacijo smo razvili predvsem za testno uporabo na operativno-komunikacijskih centrih.

Title:
IMPLEMENTATION OF GIS FOR VISUALIZING THE 113 CALLER LOCATION BY OPEN SOURCE TOOLS
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis the configuration of the server and designing of a WEB application GIS policija, displaying 113 caller location is considered. The application consists of a graphical interface, and a map where the location of the caller is displayed. The data and the map visualisation is realised with the OpenLayers library and the the GeoServer. The application is developed for test use in the Operational-communication Centers.
