Title:Zasnova komisionirnega poličnega regalnega skladišča

Abstract:Podjetje XY d.o.o. se ukvarja z proizvodnjo in prometom zdravil na veliko, ki ima poslovno enoto v Novem mestu. Vendar se je zaradi povečanega obsega dela izkazalo, da obstoječe skladišče ne zagotavlja dovolj skladiščnih površin za nemoten potek delovnih procesov med katere spada tudi komisioniranje. Zato so se v podjetju odločili za investicijo v novo polično regalno skladišče, ki bo zagotavljalo dovolj skladiščnih površin in krajše komisionirne poti. Skladiščni prostor, ki je namenjen skladiščenju predstavlja kompleksno sestavljene storitve, ki pa so seveda zelo tesno povezane z ostalimi logističnimi storitvami v celotni oskrbni verigi. Da pa v oskrbni verigi nebi prihajalo do zastojev, je potrebno kakovostno načrtovanje skladišča. V zadnjih letih se je pričelo vse več pozornosti posvečati ustreznemu načrtovanju skladišč in uporabi pravilne skladiščne opreme ter tehnologije. Kajti, ko načrtujemo skladišče in umestitev skladiščnih (poličnih) regalov, s tem tudi posledično optimiziramo komisionirne poti. V magistrskega delu je predstavljeno in analizirano obstoječe stanje na področju skladiščenja in komisioniranja v navedenem podjetju. Obstoječe stanje bomo primerjali z stanjem v novem skladišču in primerjali pridobljene podatke, kateri nam bodo podali rešitve za učinkovitejše skladiščno poslovanje. Predstavljene rešitve bodo prilagojene zmožnostim podjetja.

Title:Design at the order picking warehouse
Abstract:Company XY l.l.c. It is engaged in the production and marketing of medicinal products in wider range, company has a branch in Novo mesto. However, due to the increased workload it turned out that the existing warehouse does not provide enough storage space for the smooth running of business processes which includes commissioning. Therefore, the company decided to invest in new shelf- rack warehouse, which will provide enough storage areas and shorter picking routes. Storage space is intended for the storage represents a complex composite services, which are of course very closely related to other logistics services throughout the supply chain. However, in the supply chain would not rise to the congestion, it is necessary to design high-quality warehouses. In recent years, it began more and more attention paid to proper planning of storage and use of the correct storage of equipment and technology. Because when planning storage and placement of storage (shelf), shelves, thus consequently optimize picking routes. In the masters thesis is presented and analyzed the current situation in the field of storage and order picking in that company. The existing situation will be compared with the situation in a new warehouse and compared those data, which we will provide solutions for efficient warehouse operation. Featured solutions will be tailored to the circumstances of the company.
