Abstract:
Zunanje in notranje okolje na področju zdravstvene nege se nenehno spreminja, hkrati se spreminjajo in večajo tudi pričakovanja pacientov in zaposlenih. Skladno s tem se vloga zdravstvene nege nenehno spreminja, spreminjajo se naloge in načini dela. Pogoji dela in delovno okolje sta zato ena izmed tistih dejavnikov, ki neposredno vplivata na izvedbo kakovostne zdravstvene nege.

The Influence of the work environment factors on the performance of the nursing care quality
Abstract:
Expectation of patients and other stakeholders are constantly changing which can play an important role in aligning the health care servicec to new requirements. Given the above mentioned complexities, one can argue that work environment and its corresponding influential factors can ultimately impact the performance of health care quality.
