Predstavili bomo oskrbovalno verigo in njene člene, logistične stroške in stroške dostav.

Abstract:The goal of every manufacturing company is to be competitive in the market, to reduce costs. In this diploma thesis, we present the costs of transport and delivery methods. Since this company, which is discussed in this thesis, is one of the larger companies as a result, the costs of purchasing and delivery of materials are higher. By carrying out an analysis of the delivery system, we wish to achieve reduction of delivery costs and in this way create savings for the company. Based on an analysis of current deliveries taking place in the company, we will try to find a solution that will be beneficial for the company and will contribute to reducing the cost of delivery. In the first part of the diploma thesis, in the theoretical part, we will present a working environment in which we hereafter solve the problem of delivery costs. We will present the supply chain and its articles, the logistics costs and shipping costs. The second part will present the environment of the company and analyze current deliveries.
