Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo se posvetili problemu staranja zaposlenih v proizvodnji.

Title:Rearrangement of older workers into appropriate ergonomic workplaces
Abstract:In our diploma thesis we focussed on the problem of senescence of the employees. We tried to find out if the older workers are willing to change their work place according to their abilities that have decreased over the years. The aim of the diploma thesis was to take a closer look at the employees’ opinion about reorganisation, to investigate how the employees are informed, how do they perceive the process of reorganisation, and most importantly, if the workers are willing to confess their disabilities caused by the process of aging. Senescence is not a disease, it is a part of our life. The goal of the diploma thesis was to show the influence of the aging process on the working force. Our purpose was to research if senescence affects work or the effect at the work place. We investigated if there are more advantages or disadvantages that the process of aging brings along. Our intention was to find out how the employees perceive the process of reorganisation. With the help of the filled out questionnaires by the employees at the production company, we were able to analyse the outcome of the research. We confirmed our hypothesis that senescence does not only negatively but also positively affects the working force. The employees mostly have equal view or opinion regarding reorganisation at the work place. However, there is one problem: Workers consider reorganisation as a reasonable and suitable way of solving the problems of senescence, yet no one wants to be relocated to a different work place. Most of the interviewees namely stated that they currently have a suitable workplace and therefore do not want to be relocated.
