Abstract:	Pri reji kokoši nesnic govorimo o pridelavi za namene prehranskega trga. Na prodajnih policah se srečujemo z obsežno ponudbo takšnih in drugačnih pakiranj jajc z različnimi oznakami in različnimi cenami. Namen diplomskega dela je na osnovi raziskovanja v podjetju, ki prideluje širok asortiman izdelkov (pakiranih jajc), ugotoviti vzroke za različna pakiranja po različnih cenah na maloprodajnih policah. V diplomskem delu obravnavano podjetje je Meja Šentjur, d. d., ki združuje vse načine reje kokoši nesnic: baterijska, hlevska, reja kokoši na prostem in ekološka reja kokoši nesnic. Prav tako pridelujejo jajca z dodatki in certificirana jajca. Omenjeno podjetje smo analizirali v posamezni pridelavi jajc tako s proizvodnega kakor tudi s stroškovnega vidika. Sklepanje je potekalo na osnovi rezultatov analiz, ki se kažejo predvsem v ekonomski upravičenosti posameznega jajca. Različna pakiranja jajc na prodajni polici imajo za seboj različne proizvodnje in s tem tudi različne stroške. Prav tako imajo različne (tudi po različnih cenah) dobavitelje prehrane za kokoši nesnice. V nalogi se dotaknemo še vpliva cene prehrane na končno ceno jajca. Obravnavali smo različne načine reje kokoši in ugotovili vzroke za različne cene jajc iz različnih načinov reje. Jajca, ki se ponašajo z določenimi certifikati, so tudi dražja, saj se pri pridelavi teh jajc pojavljajo tudi stroški, ki jih pri drugih pakiranih jajcih ni. Jajca z dodatki so jajca kokoši nesnic, ki so krmljena z obogateno prehrano kokoši, ta pa je dražja od klasične prehrane kokoši nesnic. Prehrana kokoši nesnic je največji in strateški strošek pri pridelavi jajc, od katere je nato odvisna cena jajc.. Kokoši nesnice v različnih načinih reje pojedo različno količino krme, prav tako je v vseh načinih reje kokoši nesnic ista krma, razen pri ekološki. Posledično se to odražana cenah; jajca baterijske reje so najcenejša tako za pridelovalca kakor tudi nato za kupca. Pri različnih dobaviteljih prehrane za kokoši nesnice iste kakovosti je smotrno izbrati najcenejšega, ker bo s tem tudi pridelava jajc cenejša. Kakovostna prehrana kokoši nesnic in ugodna cena le-te sta ključ do uspeha v pridelavi jajc in konkurenčnosti na trgu oziroma pri trgovcih.

Title:	The analysis of the economic viability of the different ways of diet for layng hens
Abstract:	For the production of eggs we can talk about the production of eggs for the purposes of the food market. On the shelves, we are confronted with a vast range of different sizes off eggs with different labels and different prices. The aim of the thesis is based on research in a company that produces a wide range of products - packaged eggs to determine the causes of the different packages at different prices on the retail shelves. The studies in the case is the company Meja Šentjur d.d., which in its egg production combines all the ways of rearing laying hens: battery, floor, free and organic rearing of laying hens. They also produce eggs with accessories and certified eggs. We analyzed each egg production from production view, and in terms of cost. The reasoning is carried out based on the analysis results, which are mainly reflected in the economic viability of a single egg. Various packs of eggs on the shelves are different for each production and the different costs of production. They also have different suppliers diets for laying hens with different prices. In the case we discussed the impact of food prices on the final price of eggs, and about different ways of breeding hens and identify the causes of the different prices of eggs from different farming methods for laying hens. Diet of laying hens is the largest and strategic cost in the production of eggs and the cost of production of eggs. Laying hens in different farming methods eaten by a different quantity of feed. In all methods of rearing laying hens feed the same feed, except for organic. As a result, this indicates that the battery cage eggs is the cheapest production for the producer, as well as on the shelves are these eggs the cheapest. In various suppliers diets for laying hens of the same quality it is expedient to choose the cheapest, because this will also be the production of cheaper eggs. Certified eggs are also more expensive because of the costs for certification, which by other packaged eggs are not in the calculation. Eggs with accessories from laying hens which are fed with an enriched diet, is more expensive than traditional diets of laying hens. Quality food for hens and a good price, is the key to success in the production of eggs and competitiveness on the market, and with merchants.
