Abstract:
Rezultat projektne naloge je urbanistična in arhitekturna zasnova energijsko učinkovite večstanovanjske zazidave na jugozahodnem delu mesta Varaždin na Hrvaškem. V prvem, teoretičnem delu naloge so predstavljeni pregled razvoja stanovanjske gradnje, pomembnost energijske učinkovitosti in opis mesta Varaždin. V drugem delu naloge so ta teoretična izhodišča prenesena v arhitekturno zasnovo večstanovanjske zazidave.

Design of a residential building in Varazdin
Abstract:
The thesis project deals with architectural design of energy-efficient residential building in the south-west part of the city Varaždin, Croatia. In the first, theoretical part of the project, building issues, town description and importance of energy-efficient buildings are stated. In the second part of the project, all theoretical foundations are implemented for the architectural design of residential building.
