Title:Pogledi staršev na delovanje Vrtca Slovenj Gradec

Abstract:Pogledi in pričakovanja staršev glede vrtca so odvisni od vsakega starša posebej, vsem pa je skupno, da želijo svojemu otroku le najboljše. Zato je pomembno, da vzgojitelji in starši med seboj sodelujejo, saj to pozitivno vpliva na otroka in njegov razvoj. Diplomsko delo sestavljata teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen predšolski otrok, ki mu prehod v vrtec predstavlja nekaj novega, saj je navajen družinskega okolja. Opisana je dnevna rutina, ki poteka v vrtcu. Podrobno so predstavljeni vloga in kakovost vrtca, sodelovanje s starši, pomembnost komunikacije pri sodelovanju in pričakovanja staršev. V empiričnem delu je predstavljena raziskava, ki prikazuje rezultate in analizo pogleda staršev na delovanje VVZ Slovenj Gradec. Vzorec vključuje 150 staršev, katerih otroci obiskujejo različne enote VVZ Slovenj Gradec. Podatki, zbrani s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, so obdelani s pomočjo programa SPSS. Prikazane so razlike v odgovorih glede na spol anketiranca in starostno obdobje otroka, vključenega v vrtec. Na podlagi hipotez je bilo ugotovljeno, da so starši zadovoljni z delovanjem vrtca, da so mame bolj zadovoljne s celotnim delom vzgojiteljice kot očetje, da so očetje delno informirani o delovanju vrtca, da se starši otrok v prvem starostnem obdobju neredno udeležujejo formalnih in neformalnih oblik sodelovanja in da se mame pogosteje udeležujejo teh oblik sodelovanja kot očetje.

Title:Parents' views of service quality in Slovenj Gradec Preschool
Abstract:Viewsand expectations about preschool education are different and vary from parent to parent, but all parents wish what is best for their child. It is thus important for the preschool educators and parents to work well together, because this positively impacts the child and her development. The thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. Theoretical part presents a preschool child whose transition from home to prescool presents something new and different than home surrounding. Daily routine, which takes place in preschool is described. The role and quality of preschool, cooperation with parents, importance of communication with parents and their expectations are presented in detail. Empirical part presents a survey that shows the results and analysis of parents’ views of SlovenjGradec preschool service. Sample size includes 150 parents whose children are enrolled in SlovenjGradec preschool. Data, which were collected using a questionnaire, were processed using SPSS. Differences in answers are shown according to gender of the participants and the age group their child is in. The survey showed the following: parents are satisfied with the service quality, mothers are more satisfied with the work preschool educators do than fathers, fathers are partially informed about the preschool service, parents whose children are in the first age group do not attend formal and informal meetings regularly, mothers attend formal and informal meetings more often than fathers.
