Title:	Dostopnost do virov financiranja malih podjetij

Abstract:	Majhna in srednje velika podjetja imajo pomembno vlogo pri gospodarski rasti, saj predstavljajo več kot 99 odstotkov vseh družb v EU in Sloveniji. Mala in srednje velika podjetja so v Sloveniji pomembnejša za gospodarski razvoj kot v povprečju v EU, saj prav ta podjetja prispevajo k večji zaposljivosti in ustvarjanju dodane vrednosti za okoli pet odstotnih točk več kot je evropsko povprečje. Le-to znaša 66,5 odstotka vseh zaposlenih v zasebnem sektorju, ki ustvarjajo okoli 60 odstotkov bruto dodane vrednosti. Iz zgoraj omenjene statistike vidimo, da so mala in srednje velika podjetja veliko bolj fleksibilna kot velika, zaradi tega bolj ranljiva in prepoznana kot kategorija, ki ima otežen dostop do finančnih virov. Tako je za podjetja zelo pomembna ponudba različnih virov financiranja, ki so predstavljena v magistrskem delu. Zelo pomembno vlogo pri dostopu do finančnih virov imajo razne domače in mednarodne institucije ter država skupaj z razvojno politiko EU. Zavedajo se, da so mala podjetja zelo pomembna za razvoj gospodarstva, zato so instrumenti in dostop do finančnih virov usmerjeni prav v to.

Title:	Access to financing resources of small enterprises
Abstract:	SMEs play a crucial role in economic growth, as they represent more than 99 % of businesses in the EU and Slovenia. They are more important to the Slovenian economic development than the EU average, because these are the companies that contribute about five percentage points more to employment and added value than the EU average, which is 66.5 % of all employees in the private sector, creating around 60 % of added value. The above information shows that SMEs are far more flexible than large companies, making them more vulnerable and causing them to have a more difficult access to financial resources. This makes the different options for finding financial resources presented in this master’s thesis vital for these companies. Various domestic and international institutions, as well as the state alongside the EU development policy play a key role in accessing financial resources. They are aware that small enterprises are crucial to economic development; hence that is where the instruments and access to financial resources are directed.
