Abstract:	Predmet raziskave diplomskega dela je bila racionalizacija logističnih procesov sindikalnih izletov javnega sektorja, kjer smo s pomočjo proučene znanstvene in strokovne literature v teoretičnem delu predstavili vlogo sindikalnih izletov v turizmu in najpogostejše logistične procese znotraj le-teh. V empiričnem delu smo raziskavo dopolnili s pomočjo vprašalnikov, ki smo jih razdelili zaposlenim izbranih podjetij javnega sektorja v občini Zagorje ob Savi in s pomočjo strukturiranega intervjuja, s katerim smo pristopili k turističnim agencijam. Glede na vse pridobljene informacije smo lahko odgovorili na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja in uresničili cilje. Na osnovi izvedene raziskave ugotavljamo, da se zaposleni podjetij javnega sektorja v večini radi udeležujejo sindikalnih izletov. Najpomembnejši dejavniki njihovega zadovoljstva so družba sodelavcev, izbrana destinacija, program, ki ga vodi komunikativen in iznajdljiv vodnik, s širokim znanjem, je splošno razgledan in fleksibilen. Racionalizacija logističnih procesov je v pripravi in izvedbi programa v turistični destinaciji najpogosteje izpeljana na področju prehrane in prenočitvenih kapacitet.

Title:	Rationalization of logistic processes in the trade union tours of the public sector
Abstract:	The subject of my degree research paper was the rationalization of the logistic processes in the trade union excursions in the public sector. In the theoretical part, we have presented the role of trade union excursions in tourism and the most frequent logistic processes taking place in the excursions, with the help of researched scientific and professional literature. In the empirical part, we supplemented the research with the help of the questionnaires that we distributed to the public sector employees of the chosen companies in the municipality of Zagorje ob Savi and with the structural interviews that we have sent to the tourist agencies. According to all the received information, we were able to answer the given research questions and we have fulfilled our goals. Based on the conducted research, we have established that the majority of the public sector employees like to attend trade union excursions. The most important factors of their satisfaction are their co-workers' company, a chosen destination, the program that is led by a communicative and inventive tour guide with broad knowledge, general education and flexibility. The rationalization of the logistics processes in preparation and execution of the program in the tourist destination has most frequently been executed in the area of food and overnight capacities.
