Abstract:V zadnjem času beležimo vedno več omemb korupcije in neetičnega ravnanja podjetij.

Title:Corruption in business
Abstract:Lately, we have seen more and more notions of corruption and unethical behavior of companies. The problem, which was presented to us only a few years ago, actually keeps track way back in history, it was actually desirable or was part of a culture, and today it has a negative effect on both the reputation of an individual company and the state. Rates of the corruption index are on the rise, but individual countries do not know how to approach this problem. Measures used in the fight against corruption are outdated and ineffective, and penalties are too low and not that strict. In order to explain everything together, we have raised basic arguments and research questions in this diploma. We can only deal with them and respond to them with the help of theory, which we somehow collapsed in our diploma. We have written theoretical starting points through the analysis of secondary sources and the study of individual research and articles. We have also shown ethical and non-ethical practices in cases where it is all the more easily understood. We focused mainly on the territory of Slovenia but we also included some countries of the European Union, the United States of America and Japan.
Keywords:ethics, corruption, business, consequences, treatment, countermeasures
